My Morning Routine

In all actuality, I love to sleep in…
If I could get 10 hours of sleep, every night, I would. So, getting up at 5:30 every morning is not easy for me and something I have to work at every single day. I make sure I go to be by 10, no phone in hand, and make sure I have my things ready for the following day. I set out my workout clothes for my morning session, pack my gym bag for my afternoon session, and think about what I might wear for work (it’s pretty rare when I actually set an outfit aside).
- 530 Wake up and dress out for workout 
- Coffee with a scoop of Protein and collagen 
- 600 am HIIT workout or 4-mile run 
- 700 am Breakfast, usually banana and eggs 
- 730 am Shower/Dressed 
- 830 Leave for work 
- 830-9am Jam out to my playlist before arriving to the office 
I highly suggest creating a playlist of feel-good, 
you-can-do-anything anthems for your morning
