My 3 Days in Iceland
I’ve never been to a place…
so absolutely magical, that satisfied my sense of adventure, every single day.
It’s cold and it’s wet but Iceland is probably one of the most breathtaking trips I’ve ever been on.
Day 1: Settle In
- Arrive in Reykjavik 
- Rent a Car 
- Check into Airbnb 
- Brauo & Co for Coffee and Pasties 
- Hiked small trail outside of Reykjavik (Bring snacks/lunch) 
- Grocery shopping for breakfasts and lunches, because it is expensive 
- Head back to town for dinner 
Mt. Esja or the “City Mountatin”
Day 2: Golden Circle
- Get and early start 
- Breakfast 
- The Golden Circle - STOP for Ponies! 
- Geysir (Strokkur) 
- Gullfoss Waterfall 
- Kerio Volcanic Crater 
 
- Return home 
- Dinner and drinks 
Icelandic Horses are pony sized and are super cute.
Day 3: Southern Iceland Tour
- Early Start 
- Stop for Coffee in Selfoss 
- Waterfalls: Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss 
- Glacier Lake: Jökulsárlón 
- Lunch in Vik (Village in South Iceland) 
- Black Sand Beach (Reynisfjara Beach) 
- Drive back 
- Dinner 
Swiss Mochas were a personal favorite of ours. I think it was the whip : )
Day 4: City of Reykjavik
- Breakfast 
- Hallgrímskirkja Cathedral 
- Reykjavik City View 
- Fly Home

Things I wish I had done:
- Museums 
- Reykjavik Bathhouses 
- Iceland Blue Lagoon 
- Geothermal Hot Springs 
- Northern Lights Sighting (We looked for hours.)
